We at Advancedmistingsystems.com hope every product you purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. We fully understand that it is not always possible, and we will accept all unused equipment in the original box for a full refund, less shipping out charge, return shipping and 3% credit card fee we are charged, and in some cases a restocking fee with the following conditions:
- Offer is valid for 30 days after delivery.
- You must inspect your shipments upon arrival. If damage or shortage occurs, please make sure driver is aware, we are contacted immediately, pictures are taken and BOL (bill of lading) or paperwork is properly documented. If not reported at time of delivery, we will not be able to file a claim afterword.
- Customer must call or email us to request a return.
- All product listed as Final Sale and Custom is Non-Returnable, No Exception.
- All items/orders requesting a return on must be in NEW condition (must be in perfect resale condition), cannot be used, installed, damaged, scratched, dented, broken or repaired. Product must be in original packaging and shipped back paid by customer. If product is damaged during return/transit back, REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
- Original box must also be received back in resaleable condition. Cannot be ripped, re-tapped, holes.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping/freight, shipping out charge or freight and 3% credit card fee. In some cases, restocking fee will apply.
All pumps that are built with voltage higher than 240 Volt, any motors built with anything over single phase, or pumps with zones are considered custom built pumps and are non-returnable, cannot be exchanged and final sale, no exceptions.
WARRANTY POLICY
Advancedmistingsystems.com is an authorized dealer and distributor for our on-line products, and we will gladly assist you with any warranty claims. We are not the manufacturer and are restricted to those policies set forth by the manufacturer of the product. Most warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, neglect, lack of preventative maintenance, improper installation, or other user-induced problems. All of our products are factory tested prior to shipping. We will warranty, replace, or repair all products as per manufacturer’s warranty policy. We are customer service professionals and are happy to assist you with trouble-shooting performance and operating problems. In most cases, we are able to diagnose installation or connection-related issues by telephone, saving you needless expenses and delays.
